This panel aims to evaluate how acceleration and incubation programs can be adapted to the reality and rhythms of community-based enterprises, defining essential components of a program truly suited to the Amazonian socio-bioeconomy (e.g., financial management, planning, marketing).
Este panel propone un intercambio estratégico de alto nivel entre líderes gubernamentales, institucionales y del sector productivo de las diversas bioeconomías de las Américas —amazónica, andina, mesoamericana, caribeña, norteamericana y del Cono Sur— para reconocer avances, desafíos y complementariedades, e identificar acciones conjuntas que fortalezcan una agenda regional de bioeconomía sostenible, inclusiva y transformadora para la agricultura y los sistemas agroalimentarios.

This panel proposes a strategic debate on the role of forest communities in building a just climate transition. From the perspective of ancestral knowledge, territorial demands and sustainability, practices and alliances that promote inclusion and strengthen the sovereignty of Amazonian peoples, contributing to the sustainable development of the region, will be discussed.
