This panel proposes a strategic debate on the role of forest communities in building a just climate transition. From the perspective of ancestral knowledge, territorial demands and sustainability, practices and alliances that promote inclusion and strengthen the sovereignty of Amazonian peoples, contributing to the sustainable development of the region, will be discussed.
The dialogue seeks to connect community experiences, social innovation, and public policies, highlighting how the integration between traditional knowledge and regenerative solutions can accelerate the just transition and guarantee territorial rights. The panel will be a space to share visions and build collaborative pathways that put communities at the center of the global climate agenda.
