Overview
Diversity Hub is a foundation based in Poland that offers consultancy services in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy and mental health training to corporations.
Diversity describes variations in personal, physical, and social characteristics, whereas inclusion is the organisational effort that ensures differences are accepted and welcomed. For companies, embracing diversity widens their access to the best talent, and adopting an inclusive culture allows them to engage workers effectively by providing the supportive environment that empowers each individual to do their best work.
Fostering diversity and inclusion can be a powerful driver of business performance – having multiple perspectives within a team enhances innovation, productivity, and decision-making. Diversity Hub supports corporations to implement DEI strategies by providing them with training, workshops, and tools. To date, DH has worked with over 170 organizations, most of which are from the financial and IT sectors.
Another line of service that Diversity Hub offers is mental health training. The enterprise provides comprehensive psychological support services that can be integrated into all levels of the organization. In addition to workshops, webinars, and mental health group sessions, the Polish enterprise also provides mental health centers and a mental health helpline for its corporate clients.

NESsT Investment
Diversity Hub is preparing to launch an inclusive recruitment business line to help companies to diversity its workforce, seeking to connect more than 60 people from marginalized communities to quality jobs annually. NESsT will assist Diversity Hub to kick-off the new business line, implementing social impact tracking tools and helping to build strategic synergies with key partners.
NESsT’s investment will support Diversity Hub to create marketing tools and develop an inclusive recruitment methodology as well as expand its team. It will also finance promotional activities such as social media campaigns and networking events that will boost brand awareness.
