On the 3rd of October, NESsT and its partners organized the 4th Social Enterprise Day in Hungary – an event that is now considered to be the most influential event for the sector in the country.
Almost 300 people gathered from all around the social enterprise universe: practitioners, supporters, government representatives, academics, and business professionals, all to inspire and to be inspired by the potential of social enterprises.

The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) announced the winners of the sixth round of the ANDE Capacity Development Fund (CDF). Commenced in 2009, the fund seeks to increase the productivity and effectiveness of ANDE members, while creating tools and insights that can help the small and growing business (SGB) sector as a whole. • NESsT received more than 1,025 applications from new and existing entrepreneurs, organizations, and small businesses.
• After a rigorous selection process, we awarded 22 social enterprises a total of $200,000 in prize awards to launch their operations and enter our portfolio.
