Victoria Cherniavsky is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and lives with her family in São Paulo. She has a degree in psychology and specialization in marketing. As a qualitative researcher since 1999, she has worked for several companies including TNS Brasil, and research institutes, where she conducted in-depth interviews and focus group analysis.
She also coordinates international projects (mainly from Latin America) and has experience with various research techniques, including workshops, online research, in-depth understanding of a population (e.g., teenagers, elderly). She also has experience in a variety of industries, including food, personal care, medicine, cleaning products, credit cards, banks, mobile phones, internet, cars, among others.
