Tina Lee Odinsky-Zec has rich international marketing experience spanning the US, Asia and Europe. She is specialist in new business development and project management. She received her BSc degree in Hotel/Resort Management, Concentration in Communications and her MSc in Service Management, Concentration in International Business from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, NY. Her professional career highlights include working for sports marketing organizations such as the World University Games, Ice Hockey in Harlem, Major League Baseball International, Taiwan Major League and events like the Ryder Cup and U.S Open Golf Championships.

She began her teaching career with RIT and in 1997 helped establish their first overseas undergraduate program, the American College of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik, Croatia. She has been working on special projects and teaching for the Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) in the areas of marketing and entrepreneurship since 2006.  In 2007, she was recognized for creativity in teaching at Syracuse University’s Experiential Classroom.  She has been studying social innovation and entrepreneurship in Croatia as she prepares her doctoral dissertation on the case of Zeljko Mavrovic under UNESCO Chair for Enterepreneurship, Dr. Slavica Singer at the University of Osijek.
