Dr. Rachel E. Golden is an economist and received her PhD degree from Columbia University. She is the President of the Rachel E. Golden Foundation, based in Chicago with a focus on global philanthropy. She has worked for the government in the area of national security and has taught at the University of Chicago and Loyola University in Chicago. Dr. Golden is past chairperson of a United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Committee on Youth Entrepreneurship, has served in an advisory capacity to the World Bank, is on the editorial board of the National Strategy Forum Review, and has served as a board member for the American Jewish Congress, Americans for Peace Now, and Chicago Center for US-USSR Relations and Exchanges.
