Moises Eilemberg is the founder of Pacific Onset Capital. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at ClearLight Partners, LLC, a $300 million private equity fund located in Newport Beach, California. Prior to joining ClearLight, Moises was an Associate at Chase Capital Partners in New York, where he worked on various private equity transactions including leveraged buyouts, growth equity and early-stage venture investments. Prior to Chase Capital Partners, Moises worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he advised clients on acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and leveraged buyouts.
Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Moises earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School of Business, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. While at Stanford, Moises authored a technology column in Revista Poder, a leading business magazine in Latin America.
