Daniel Jinich is Managing Partner of Acon Investments, a middle-market private equity investment firm based in Washington, DC with offices in Los Angeles, Houston, and Madrid, Spain, with over $1.5 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining ACON he was an investment professional with Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, a Dallas-based private equity firm. Prior to Hicks Muse, Mr. Jinich was a senior executive at a diversified industrial group based in Mexico City and a merchant banker with Bankers Trust Company in New York City. Mr. Jinich received his MBA from the Harvard Business School, and his B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is the Chairman of the Board of Peter Piper Pizza, a restaurant chain, and also serves on the Boards of Directors of Impremedia, a newspaper holding company, and Magic Media, an outdoor advertising company.
