Celia has been responsible for the Search and Selection of high-impact entrepreneurs in the Endeavor Foundation since 2006. She was an internal consultant at Siemens starting in 2001 in both Europe and the US. Celia led strategy, process restructuring, and acquisition projects, as well as assessing special projects for Siemens CFO.
Her experience in Argentina includes primarily commercial and marketing positions. Celia founded her own consulting firm for small and medium businesses in 1998. She has a BA in Administration and Public Accounting from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and an MBA from Boston University.
