Christian Hunt

Christian
Hunt is currently exploring professional opportunities in Brazil
where he relocated with his wife Teresa in October 2004 from Brussels.
Up until July 2004 Christian was the Chief Executive of Europe
Unlimited SA, a brussels-based firm specializing in researching European
growth companies and connecting them with investors. He joined the firm
and injected equity in July 2002, at a time when the business was in a
critical situation. Europe Unlimited enjoyed a complete turnaround during
his tenure.
Christian previously created and developed the EMDS Group, an international
graduate recruitment consultancy, together with Stephan Wajskop. EMDS
enjoyed rapid growth during more than 8 years and was acknowledged in
1997, 1998 and 1999 as one of Europe's 500 fastest growing entrepreneurial
companies. At the end of 2000, EMDS had 21 subsidiary offices around the
world and 292 employees representing more than 30 nationalities. EMDS
was sold to Havas, the French communication group, in December 2000.
Christian has been serving on the board of Europe's 500 Entrepreneurs
for Growth (formerly GrowthPlus) since 1998.
A 39-year old Belgian citizen, Christian is an OPM graduate of the Harvard
Business School. He is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute
of Directors in London.
