Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with a focus on corporate strategy and finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. At Berkeley, he was selected commencement speaker at graduation ceremonies, elected Senator of the student body government, awarded a Nikko Securities Fellowship to Tokyo, Japan, and founded the local chapter of the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs.

Andrew has traveled, worked and studied in Latin America over the past twenty years. He has lived in Chile, is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese. He has guest lectured on corporate strategy at the Universidad Católica in Santiago and on international investing at the Universidad de Chile. Andrew was selected as a National Finalist for the White House Fellowship program in 1994.
