Ana Negrila is Enterprise Development Manager for the NESsT Venture Fund in Romania, overseeing the NESsT project for social enterprise development. Ana gained her experience in the social field working as a consultant for the social enterprise Youth Albanian Professional Services (YAPS), financed by UNICEF in Tirana, Albania with the support of international and local businesses. Ana's work included social enterprise restructuring and expansion, strategic planning and business plan development. During 2001 and 2002, Ana worked as a Knowledge Management Trainee with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, on a project evaluation and impact assessment. From 1994 to 2000, Ana was a professional trainer with the Romanian Banking Institute, working as part of an international project team for developing distance learning training materials for credit officers and human resource managers. In 2000, she headed the Institute's distance learning department, her major responsibility being management of quality, delivery, operation and administration of the distance learning system. Ana holds a Masters of Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) from London Metropolitan University, and a BA in Economics from the Academy of Economics, Bucharest. Ana is Romanian and currently lives in Bucharest.
