Natalie Pinon manages the Charities Aid Foundation global philanthropy advisory practice. She works with individuals and families to advise them on effective philanthropic and social investment initiatives and supports clients to develop giving strategies which have the biggest impact. She also works closely with CAF’s global network of 9 offices with a particular focus on South East Asia and India.

Natalie began her career in the international development field, where she joined the United Nations and later the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) focusing on programmes in francophone Africa and Eastern Europe. She was also head of philanthropy and social investment at the London based family office and private equity firm Novator, supporting the development of climate change mitigation and poverty alleviation initiatives.

Natalie is an affiliate of the Marmanie Consulting platform, where as an independent consultant she supported individuals, family offices, foundations and corporates on the strategy and structuring of global impact investment strategies. She is also the co-founder of Development Ratings, an intermediary service to help donors assess the performance and impact of non profits in developing and fast growing economies.

Natalie is originally French and Czech and graduated from the London School of Economics and l’Institut des Sciences Politiques de Paris.
