Grażyna is a NESsT Entrepreneur-in-Residence in our Poland office.
Prior to joining NESsT, Grażyna worked at a local NGO in Warsaw as the coordinator of the Incorpora Program. Sponsored by the Spanish foundation, La Caixa, the program was intended to build bridges among the businesses and NGOs that work to promote labor inclusion. As part of her work there, she built and maintained business relations with the potential employers to promote CSR, identify job opportunities for marginalized groups, recruit project participants, and prepare them to return to the open labor market.
Before joining the non-profit sector, Grażyna held managerial positions in the private sector in international corporations and consulting companies. She is a coach and trainer with diplomas of Mentoring, Coaching & Counselling School and Business Trainers School, accredited by the Polish Psychological Society. She has MA in Social Science from Warsaw University.
She is determined to use the skills and experiences she gained in the business sector for the execution of socially beneficial projects, and to help transfer that knowledge to NGOs.
Privately, she loves traveling and yoga.
